Het Charter Diversiteit werd ondertekend bij een bijeenkomst van SER Diversiteit in Bedrijf in Den Haag. De organisaties die zich hierachter scharen, zeggen toe dat zij diversiteit en inclusie als meerwaarde zien. Ook stellen zij ‘strategische middelen’ in te zetten om diversiteit en inclusie op de werkvloer te bevorderen.

Namens Vopak zette HR director Netherlands, Europe & Africa Mathilde de Winter haar handtekening. “Het is onderwerp waar we binnen Vopak met veel enthousiasme aan werken. Samen een inclusieve sfeer creëren, dat is Vopak. Als je jezelf kan zijn, kan je het beste uit jezelf halen en werk je met plezier”, aldus De Winter.
