Boskalis sells and acquires contract

Boskalis is selling its port towage activities in Singapore and Malaysia. The company also announces that it has been awarded a contract to build an offshore wind farm.

The sale involves Keppel Smit Towage and Maju Maritime, of which Boskalis is a co-shareholder. Boskalis will receive 80 million euros in cash for its 49 percent stake in the companies. Annually these port towage activities contributed 4 million euro to the net result of Boskalis. The sale follows Boskalis’ strategic decision in 2019 to divest the port towage activities.

Major contract
